Great for my needs. Well looked after 3 star hotel with really helpful staff who were multi lingual including English which was helpful for me. Good location, near restaurants and the beach. Very easy to take the bus to Montpellier or Aigues- Mortes. €12 buffet breakfast not included in room price but would still recommend as is good value compared to what’s on offer from the restaurants from a breakfast standpoint. May time not quite warm enough to use the pool.

This was ok. The staff were friendly but little interaction. Breakfast not re stocked not a great offer. Area looks a little down at heel. Would look elsewhere if we returned to le grande motte

Nice clean hotel, nice outside area by the pool. Quite central, close to the port and city beach and promenade. Room was nice and clean. Only thing that (very slightly) bothered me was that the tap in the sink was very low, close to the sink. I couldn’t get my hands under it to wash them. I had to fill one hand with water and try to splash the other…!! But very small issue. Otherwise, very nice place with very nice helpful staff. Would happily stay here again.

Very very nice and pleasant stay...

It might not look like being a part of the Kempinski group from outside but we had a fantastic stay at this family owned hotel. Our room was great, the staff was so very nice and caring and it is just a 5 min walk from the harbour. of all thousands hotel I've stayed in during the years Hotel Europe place itself at "most -value-for-your-money" top 10-list

Chambre très mal insonorisée. On entend distinctement les gens des chambres du dessus parler, faire pipi, se caliner... Le matin, on entend le personnel travailler et discuter dans le couloir comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre. Premier ptit dej, j'ai été mal reçu. L'heure maxi était 10h30. Je suis arrivé à 10h05 et on me fait comprendre que c'est un peu juste. Je demande un oeuf dur, on me dit que ce n'est plus possible... ? Une personne arrive après moi et demande deux œufs à la coque et après discussion elle obtient un avis favorable grincheux. J'en profite pour en demander un pour moi aussi. 4 minutes après, nous obtenons nos œufs... Ils étaient crus. Merci pour ce service !
