Would love to stay again

Comfortable, clean and spacious house well situated for visiting Montpellier as well as the surrounding countryside. We were two families - four adults and five children - and there was plenty of room for us all. Really liked the large outdoor shaded dining area and the salt-water pool. Supermarket, boulangerie and tram stop into Montpellier are close by and can be reached without a car if you don't mind a short walk.

Fantastic property very close to Montpellier

I absolutely LOVED staying at this house. I stayed here with my family (4-year-old daughter, husband and mother in law) and we felt right at home during the time we were here. The House: It is very big (5 bedrooms and an office), very nice kitchen and living area, big swimming pool and parking for many cars. Extremely well equipped with anything you may possibly need, especially the kitchen. The house is even nicer in person than in the photos. The area: Le Cres is a very nice little town very close to Montpellier. The house is only a block away from the center of town and a 10 min walk to a beautiful lake nearby, which is very nice for walks or even to swim in the summer. It also has a quite nice children's playground nearby. Le Cres is 20 min from the beach (which is beautiful by the way. so many options to choose from) and 15 min from Montpellier. It has a tram and also bus connections. The tram is only a 10 min walk from the house. There is a big Carrefour (Tesco-like supermarket) very closeby as well as many other amenities (hairdresser, boulangerie, etc). The host: Audrey was very helpful from the very beginning, great communication. She does not speak english but her partner does, so if anything got too complicated we always found a way. Really nice lady who takes very good care of the property. In a nutshell, fabulous stay, don't think twice before booking this lovely place

Très grande et belle maison, très bien équipée. Séjour absolument parfait et au calme. Idéale pour 2 couples et leurs enfants car 2 chambres sont équipées d'un lit double et les 3 autres de lits d'enfants. La météo nous a permis de profiter de la piscine (dommage, il manque une échelle). Possibilité de stationner 2 véhicules à l'intérieur de la résidence mais un peu difficile d'y entrer (véhicule du voisin en stationnement irrégulier empêchant la facilité de manoeuvre). La propriétaire est charmante et arrangeante !!! Merci encore

Très belle maison, très bien équipée, parfaite pour notre weekend entre amis! L'emplacement est idéal, 20 minutes de voiture de Montpellier et le Pic Saint-Loup n'est pas loin pour ceux qui préfèrent les randos dans la nature ou les visites de cave!

Agréable pour un court séjour

Bon séjour chez Audrey, proche en voiture de la plage et des activités. Oreillers très inconfortable dans toutes les chambres il serait préférable de les changer. Nous avons regrettés qu’il n’y ait pas de grande table à manger à l’intérieur, nous avons eu mauvais temps donc nous n’avons pas pu dîner sur celle de dehors. La maison est très grande et bien entretenue, jolie décoration. Bon court séjour avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix !!

Fantastic week in Le Cres

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Le Cres. Das Haus ist fantastisch, wahnsinnig modern und doch gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannt… und wenn man Action möchte, gibt es genug Angebote.. mit der Tram ist man auch bequem in 20 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und easy. Alles unkompliziert und schnell. Ich kann das Haus nur Wärmsteins empfehlen!

We had a great vacation in Le Crès

We were 7 people on our trip. We had a good time in Le Crès thanks to the modern, well-equipped house. It has plenty of space for relaxing, cooking and doing everyday things. The pool is well maintained and if you can take your car it’s not too far from supermarkets and the city of Montpellier. Audrey was very welcoming and helped us along the way. We could recommend a stay here!

Très belle maison de caractère, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les équipements sont très bons et la propreté est excellente. La maison est dans un petit village calme tout en étant proche de plusieurs commerces et des transports publics. Je ne peux que recommander cette maison! Audrey (la propriétaire) était d'une gentillesse incroyable et vraiment très arrangeante.. Un week-end au soleil

Bonjour, nous avons loué la maison pour un week-end entre garçons, nous étions 8 personnes. La maison est très belle et les rénovations sont de bonnes factures. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très vaste nous nous sommes pas marché dessus. L’espace cuisine ouverte / salon cathédrale avec accès direct a la terrasse est splendide ! La piscine est vraiment bien exposée car il y a toujours un petit coin ombragé pour de pas souffrir du soleil mordant du sud. Avec mon œil de papa, j’ai repéré les barrières de sécurité à l’escalier, les marches pieds au wc, la salle de bain enfants, les protections piscine et portes fenêtres en bref une maison baby-friendster. La cuisine est parfaitement équipé et surtout nous n’avons pas manquer de place avec les deux réfrigérateur. La cour dispose d’un espace de stationnement où nous avons facilement pu rentrer nos quatre véhicules. Merci de votre lecture. Et merci à Audrey la propriétaire pour son accueil. Damien.

Excellent accueil dans maison spacieuse

Une belle semaine dans une grande villa avec piscine, l'accueil d'Audrey a été chaleureux, très disponible aussi, proximité de la mer (20 minutes en voiture), piscine agréable et maison situé dans le vieux village, donc au calme.
