No detail was overlooked in this cozy, but luxurious 4 BR, 4 BA home with incredible views of the lake. 1.5 hours from NYC, only 15 minutes to the new Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park, 15 minutes to Resorts World Catskills, near several hiking trails, local breweries, and 20 minutes to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.
Serenity at Lake Joseph is a 2800+ lakefront home boasting spacious interiors, full chef's kitchen, two living rooms, game room, hot tub, firepit, hammocks, trampoline, four kayaks, row boat, paddle board, outdoor dining, grill, and more.
Main floor: has a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, open kitchen and living room with beautiful views of the lake, and access to the deck with propane grill and outdoor dining furniture.
Second floor: has a master suite with a king bed and spacious en suite bathroom, another full bathroom, and a bedroom with two full size beds.
