First room assigned had flooded bathroom upon arrival. Switched to different room and then was woken up at 8am by a construction wotker on a ladder right outside my third floor window hammering as we tried to sleep. Why schedule contruction on occupied room? Poor planning or greed. Was told by front desk that management would call but never heard from hotel. No notice of possible construction on our exact room prior. No warning. Outdoor pool was closed which we saw on website but site stated indoor pool was available. Indopr pool closed with construction. Not a fair way to treat guests who stayed a few times over tecent years.

There was a lot of construction going on. The pool was under construction. The breakfast was minimal. There was no fresh fruit. The bar/restaurant was never opened.

Room was really dirty. I’m not sure if it was recently cleaned or not but tv has stuff splattered all over the screen, back of bathroom door filthy, dust everywhere tub still had soap scum and hair. Wasn’t about to shower in it. Never have I wanted to exit a hotel quicker homeless people wandering around outside

Not the fault of the hotel, but clearly it's underused so it's dated and creepy. The area is also depressed to I'd guess that's a big factor. The room was clean yet dusty from underuse. Would never recommend this location.

Woman in housekeeping (Raiya?) absolutely crossed so many boundaries when taking our towels, preaching about a stain on one of our towels (child spilled soda!) and preceeded to lay all the dirty towels out, and preach about the cost of each of the towels, and offered my wife the mop to clean the floor, and when she wasnt cleaning to the housekeeper’s liking, the housekeeper came in and mopped (while we were all in there) Same housekeeper on the way out on my last day asked “checking out sir?” When i was going to the gym, i said “yeah later” Then when i walked down the hall later passing her she goes “done sir?” I go “chill” “im feeling rushed” needless to say the one lady ruined the absolutely mediocre but very okay and well priced experience. I wanted to enjoy it but yeah, my wife was not happy with how the housekeeping woman berated her about stains on the towels and the cost of towels. Never have i experienced that before. Id stay here again but wouldnt want to encounter pushy housekeeping, as management and all other staff were very pleasant. Wish the pool was opened too …
