This is NOT a 5 star hotel. No Prosecco/ Champagne on the resort, no lemon/ limes for drinks. No waiter service on the beach ?? - had to walk to get a drink from the bar. Every other all inclusive resorts that we have stayed at had drinks/ snacks available from waiters on the beach - isn't that the point ??. Specialty restaurants have several sittings. They have a limited menu, pre plate everything so fresh for 6.30 and terrible at 8.30 as kept in warmers. The restaurants were closed most nights - I was told "its off season". So very few reservations available. The buffet was OK but very geared towards American food. We were looking for a Jamaican experience with only a few options. Desserts were tasteless. High points were Lisa at the Scuba hut - delightful and helpful. Kevin, a waiter in the Kulkanium - clearly highly trained, much better than most of the young waiters that slung food- the steak house was the worst, waited over an hour for food and most of my steak was inedible. Entertainment was VERY loud - mostly cover music with dancers lip syncing- the highlight was an amazing steel band. The staff around the resort were super polite and accommodating. If you are looking for a nice beach, with lots of US food and drinks included then this is the place for you. If you are looking for 5 star service and like to be waited on - go somewhere else. We were very disappointed and paid a premium for a 5 star resort.

Restrooms needs a little bit more cleaning specially behind the paper toilet dispenser i found a small spider behind the garbage can took 1 day for housekeeping to bring me a blanket and i wish when i booked this someone said that the airport was so far away from the resort 1 hour and half and taxis were so expensive

I loved everything about the stay! I would like to add that the location would be nicer if it added pamphlets about the area, for example, shopping, which would directly help the locals, instead of big companies that import into Jamaica.

Sasher the supervisor made my daughter Birthday trip AWESOME. She was caring & really nice. There was little to no alcohol in my room bar. & the ocean front rooms are a far walk away from everything. But it was beautiful. We shall return.
