Front desk - excellent. Great extended pool/hot tub hours. Pool was warmer than most, but still too cold for my husband, but grandkids loved it. Clean room, great breakfast and again with better hours than most. One of the best hotels we have stayed at and will be back. Good rate too, not overpriced like many are now.

I booked a king suite they put us in a standard 2 queen room then told me they arent allowed to change it because i booked online. Thankfully i had proof of what i booked and insisted they change our rooms. Breakfast was pathetic.

The room was clean and comfortable. Lobby well decorated for holidays. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. Best travel experience we have had in many years. Will definitely return.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast, but the kids had a blast in the pool and the parents enjoyed the hot tub. Service desk was very helpful throughout the stay.
