Our family stayed at the townhouse this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The place was very clean, well kept, everything was in working order, even the TV reception, and the decorations were very nice. We have stayed in another similar place at Smith Mountain and this experience was much more enjoyable. The renter was very receptive and responded quickly to any questions. Check in and check out were easy. It is a very quiet and peaceful location with nice views of the lake. A short drive to Moneta and places to eat or shop. I would highly recommend this location to any family.

A very nice condo, well kept and well equipped. It is clear this family uses the property themselves so that they keep it up and it is also well furnished for both living in and cooking for a family.The process went smoothly and the owner was very responsive and helpful also.
