The water in the whirlpool tub was ice cold no matter what. We went downstairs to the hot tub and it had nasty stuff floating in it. Everything else was good though

Was charged a $35 pet fee when I didn’t even bring my dog. Second of all the front desk staff were very rude. Every time I would walk by they whispered and stared. Made me feel like I was a burden instead of a guest.

When we arrived to check in water pipes had broke and we would not be able to have any hot water after I rented a room with a whirlpool and I was never notified before arriving, but thank goodness I was refunded

I didn’t get to stay there. The water boiler froze and cracked so they didn’t have hot water. I opted not to stay. A thought of an ICE COLD shower didn’t sound very appealing! I never even checked in. I arrived at 8PM and when they refunded me my stay through HOTELS.COM they pro-rated it from 4PM checkout time and deducted that amount! I think that’s a pretty crappy way to do business. I stayed at this specific hotel 7 times in 2025, guess how many times I will be staying in 2026? ZERO!

We booked this room and immediately received a text message from the manager there wasn’t any hot water. We just needed a place to sleep and for the kids to swim. Upon check in, the assistant General Manager Sarah, went above and beyond for us. She made sure to have good communication as to why there wasn’t any hot water. She upgraded our room at no cost and didn’t charge us an early check in fee, since we showed up 2 hours prior to check in. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel itself. I woke up the next morning to start my car and it was dead. I contacted Sarah, and she had Odessa from maintenance come help me with my car. He was super friendly and stood in the freezing cold so I could make sure my car was started. Sarah also let us stay last check in so I could get my battery replaced. She was so amazing and so accommodating and very professional. The breakfast area was clean and food was great! The pool and hot tub were fun for my daughter and her friend, as they thought it was the coolest thing ever they could swim outside in the winter! I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely will be back when we come back next year for a dance competition!

They needed help making breakfast. When we got down there, almost everything was out and some things were totally out. It was pretty crowded with families so I don't think the cook could keep up fast enough. We had to wait for some time for some new stuff to come out.
