The room was nice and clean. The remote for the TV was a little hard to figure out. The lobby was very nice and comfortable for sitting and hanging out. There's a nice little restaurant in the lobby. There's no complimentary breakfast and no room service. The staff is very nice. There's a place for some fun right next door. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by.

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast taste by not free for me. When I questioned the front desk about breakfast, she was dismissive and curt. I know understand I had to pre-purchase it but I believe some people got it for free.

Check in rep was not friendly. No spare tissue in the room only mostly used rolls, picture frame cracked and peeling, clock broken, stain on bedsheets. Nightstand drawers don’t close properly, they kept sliding open. Called guest services Saturday night 4 times with no answer before I gave up

It was Ok, the pesticide scent was strong, the housekeeping 8am checking in the rooms for check out was too early. The noise they made in the hallway was disruptive, and the housekeeping yelling instead of talking was loud. Someone was yelling "Juan" . A sleeping in morning from a long night would have been peaceful.
