Only had 2 small pillows on the bed this time.Definitely needed more pillows. They started something that you have to give them your license plate number, then put something in your car, so you're walking back-and-forth to your car during check-in. A little bit of an inconvenience.

When I arrived my room hadn’t been cleaned and the front desk said to wait and I would get a text when it’s ready. I went back to ask on the status about 4pm and the rep was informed that it wasn’t clean yet but she took initiative and was able to find another room which might have been a better room than my original one. It was very clean spacious and I was able to sleep well. Thank you for the amazing customer service in helping me get a room situated because I wasn’t feeling to well and needed to rest for my health. Thank you!!!
