快適に過ごせました。中軽井沢、旧軽井沢アクセス抜群です。BBQ場は少し狭いですが、雨が降っても小雨ぐらいならパラソルでなんとかなります。

施設の設備やベッドは清潔で使いやすく気持ちよく宿泊できました。 チェックイン時に施設内にスタッフさんがいないのはなにかと不便で不安です。 駐車場にクルマを停めようとしましたが他の宿泊客 のクルマの停め方がわるく困りました。スタッフさんがいないのでやむなくほかに停めました。

オプションでつけたBBQの備品の鍵が開かず、連絡しても常駐スタッフ不在のためとすぐに対応してもらえず。結果、教えてもらっていた鍵番号がそもそも間違えて伝えられており、それに時間と労力を費やしたことが悲しかった。
