The Space:

You'll love the location of this modern Queenslander, which sits on top of the rise behind Mission Beach, where it's a comfortable stroll to the Village and the beach. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars and there is a mini mart and fruit and vegetable shop open 7 days a week for you there as well.



Downstairs is an open plan living area which has huge glass sliding doors out onto a deck and the garden. There are two bedrooms on this level which share a bathroom.



Upstairs is the main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe.



With rich timber floors and the extensive use of glass and louvers, the natural light in this home is impressive.

Having upstairs and downstairs bedrooms gave the 4 off us space and privacy from one another.We loved the location and views the house had to offer and the pool :-)

Great location

After a start of smoke alarms going off during the first day or two and flickering downlights, the prperty manager fixed all these issues for us.A little maintenance is needed. Only one gas hob will light and sliding door difficult to lock.The house was large and well appointed and would return for a stay in the future.
