I'm not usually the type to write reviews, but this place was awesome! The view was perfect from all three levels of the condo. The beach access was great, one set of stairs, and you're there. Each unit has its own water hose for washing off the sand right outside the back door, which is great for keeping the floors clean. The unit comes with 4 rental chairs and an umbrella, which was awesome, and since there are only 6 units, there weren't two huge lines of chairs with people crowded around each other like at the big condos. We went with 3 other couples, so we rented additional chairs, but that was super easy. I just called the number on the back of the chairs and paid over the phone, and they had 8 chairs waiting for us the next morning. The condo was stocked with more than just the necessities. We have learned over the years to pack all the things that you usually don't think about, but this place had it covered. Plenty of towels, coffee filters, coffee, extra trash bags, and even ziplocks! We packed a propane tank for the fire pit because it said it wouldn't have one, but it had a full one already in it. There was also a good supply of beach towels in case you needed them.We were worried about only having parking for two cars, but we ended up renting some golf carts for the trip and we were able to park our vehicles next to the rental place. (Go see Wayne at the Cabana Cafe in Seascape for carts, food, drinks, and live music). Out of words, Great Place!
