Beds were not comfortable; we had a water leak and reported it before we left for the day and wasn’t fixed before we got back, 6 hours later. Also asked for 3 towels which were also not delivered. (Soaked up the water with our others). No one at the desk when I went to report problem. I had to knock on a staff door to get someone to come out to a line that was forming. They did make it right by comping one nights stay but was inconvenient.

The stay at Hyatt Place was good. They offer breakfast, and the hotel is modern. The only problem I had was with room service cleaning. We stayed for a total of nine days, and they only came by to clean the room three times.

We checked in 5/31/25 around 5:00pm. It took 10-15 minutes before someone came to check us in. Got checked in went to the room to shower and didnt have enough towels. I called the front desk and they said they would bring some NEVER came. Went to the desk around 9:45pm and the lady says they are out of face towels. Wake up to the fire alarm going off had to evacuate the building. No one let us know what was going on are was it safe to return to our rooms once the alarm went off. My wife and kids were very upset because we didn’t know if it was safe for our kids. All around bad service.
