It is a good property; The rooms were spacious. Prepaid breakfast was very limited. There is a golf cart service for trip to the beach, but they plan to stop it in a month or so. When we arrived, the rooms were very clean, but they would have room service every 4 days. We had to call a several times to get fresh towels. The beaches were pristine white sand.

I had issues front desk was to fix never did . Asked when got back to hotel to fix issue. They said there was no issue. The room stunk like mold and fish. Mstirbce guy was to change out fridge clean never did. Only room with no smart TV had no tv for 2 days till they explained why it had no signal and 2 remotes. We were going to leave but since my mom is s type 2 diabetic we ruffed it out. I will never stay there again. I am still so mad. We left at 515 am we t to another hotel . Thiere are sosny cameras with audio if you watch you can see. I didn't ask for much. They were not nice didn't wanna help after the fact they were going to because of shift change. I walked away with tears in my eyes and said forget it. Room 428 ask them. It's not fair to paying customers. Also why pay 20 dollars extra a day if can't smoke I didn't understand either. Had no problem going outside to smoke . It was nasty I had to tell front desk ash tray was on fire flames coming out. I took video but won't let me add

The hotel has a pretty good walk to the beach but they have a golf cart that will take you there & pick you up…apparently only 1. The hour of pick up is 4, which could be longer and they need a back up golf cart because I was told they had to fix the brakes on it our last day and they could not pick us up. We’re not as young as we once were and struggled to walk back.

First of all, the carpet in the room & hallways were dirty. The bottom of our feet were black plus Keurig coffee machine was dirty. Other than that the beds were comfy, the pool was great. There were other amenities the site presented but staff did not inform. Did not eat or take advantage of the bar. Housekeepers were noisy, I believe due to our room was near maintenance. All in all a good place to stay.
