I noticed a few stains on the top left of the bed after my first night’s stay under my pillow. I showed it to housekeeping the next morning, and she said she would take care of it. When I returned to my room around 5 p.m., it still hadn’t been done. I notified the front desk, and they said housekeeping had already gone home but could give me fresh sheets. I ended up having to make my own bed. That was disappointing.

Everything was great! The rep at the front desk was exceptional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the elevators were down and the working one was terribly slow which was a pain considering there was an event in town & the hotel was packed. Overall, a great spot. We would stay again 🙂

Everything was perfect

This was such a welcoming establishment. Shout out to Nayeli who was so professional, friendly and accommodating! Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was also very nice. Will return!
