Hot Room and Uncomfortable Bed

The location was amazing to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and everyone was very respectful. Neither my wife or myself could sleep as the A/C would work only when it wanted to and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I did not complain to the front desk because my wife absolutely hates confrontation. I am sure it was just the room we were in because the hotel itself was really great.

Try it, you might like it.

When I checked in I was told that my room was not ready although it was nearly 8pm. He put me in room 145 which is next to the conference rooms, maintenance and the laundry. The balcony also has two entrances that pretty much had anyone coming out going looking directly into my room. I came very close to asking for a change. I'm so glad I didn't. It was quiet, the entrances had very little activity and I could get in the pool within 10 feet. It was amazing!

Our stay was fine for one night. We reserved a king room but were told because we reserved with a third party(Expedia)we would have to stay in a double. The front desk staff were not the friendliest and seemed to not be interested when there were people waiting at the desk for service.
