We really enjoyed the central location on this condo. Only downside is it’s an older building so there is only 1 elevator bank and it gets busy sometimes. Overall the condo was exactly as listed.

My “Beaches”

There were 8 of us ladies, ages 18-77, that planned a group celebration. The condo was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing, furniture beautiful, and the artwork could have been in a museum…just gorgeous! There was room enough for each of us to do our own thing, or come together. The condo had everything you’d need, from casserole dishes to a shrimp deveiner, to entertain and enjoy your visit. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool area. If a pool is at the top of your list, this is not your place. There is one pool that is in full sun with lots of chairs and 4 umbrellas. A woman with a clipboard came to the pool area and started shouting (a few times) for everyone to show their bracelets. She then proceeded to tell us to get out of the pool because it was only rated for 19 people and she would have to shut it down unless people volunteered to get out. Anyway, this is something that is beyond the owner’s control, and you can tell how much this condo is lived and thoughtfully prepared

Family Christmas in June

This condo and location was perfect for a 3 generation vacay . The condo was well stocked , clean and comfortable . We had everything we needed within a short walk. The Palm Restaurant , spa and beach bar being connect was a huge bonus . We will return soon!

This was a great place to stay. Nice condo, very comfortable and across the street from the beach. Having access to chairs and umbrellas was perfect. Will definitely stay here again!
