I'm sorry to say our stay was not what we expected. I felt we got the bare minimum for a two night stay. No hospitality involved. If we asked a question the attendant at reception answered the question but not any sense of welcome or "how can we help". We also were charged an additional fee that was not clear what it was for other than parking (which we expected, but higher than we thought) and the refund would be on its way in a few days. They certainly don't wait to charge my account. Just disappointing for a big hotel. It was also under construction or renovation, so a lot of dust! The construction workers were the most helpful.
