Really great experience. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but the restaurant had good food (slightly pricy, but very good) and the room was fantastic. Being Expedia VIP, they upgraded me to a "suite" where a door separated bed from living room, and it was WONDERFUL.

I really like this hotel - the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I wish all of the rooms had microwaves, but they are otherwise really great rooms. I've stayed here 3 times and this is the first time I've used the hot tub...have to say I was really disappointed in how dirty the inside of the hot tub was, and how strong the odor of it was. The other disappointing thing is how Housekeeping knocked on my door before 9am on my checkout day, waking me up after a late night. They knocked again at 10:30am (check-out is 11am). This really made me feel rushed all morning. I will stay here again in the future, but fixing these two issues would take my review from "good" to "great"!!

The hotel was fine but there was no VIP anything. The room was nice enough but they charge you for everything...coffee, breakfast, even parking. It was absurd. Additionally, access in and out of the hotel was difficult and you had to cut through through the parking lots of other businesses in order to access it. I would not choose this hotel again.

Sonesta is underrated, which for a very selective traveller, this brand offers comfort, convenience, security and a peaceful experience. The check in, personable, helpful and polite staff, the cleanliness overall, restaurant with excellent menu options, full bar that stays open quite late with kitchen service till 9:30, do I need to indulge more about how excellent the brand delivers at a competitive price.
