Incidental Fee

Everything was excellent! I just thought the hotel incidental fee of $150.00 was way too high. This hold was more of my hotel stay fee. This can be a turn off for most guest.

The door to my bathroom would not close unless slammed. I notified the front desk. Instead of offering a new room she notes it down so they can fix It in the future. They text me how my stay was and I told them not good because of the bathroom door. No response. There are plenty of hotel options this won’t be one in my next visit.

I am disabled and use a mobility scooter. the only complaint I had was at the breakfast counter. it is very narrow, and a plate cannot be placed down. It was impossible to hold a plate, hold open the silver servers and put food on my plate. Another traveler helped put food on my plate.,

The tub is was slipper and I fell hitting my head and arm in the toilet, I’m ok just a bit sore, the handle was in the front of the tub with nothing in the back to grab. Would recommend another handle and make sure tip surface as some type of no slip surface.
