Exceptional Stay at Porto

The hotel met all our expectations. It is conveniently located within a few minutes walk from Ribeira Square. We booked two rooms and the hotel was able to give us rooms that were adjoining which was very convenient. Rooms were modern, quiet and clean.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh lovely food. 1 star removed for the rooms - they were clean and well presented and have rituals body wash, however upon walking in, they feel substantially smaller to how they look in the photos. I would recommend and stay again, however will be more mindful to what I have booked.

The Staff here is Excellent, the lobby and restaurant are great. The rooms look good from a design standpoint but are very weak functionally. Sink doesn’t have any counter room, switches aren’t in right places, closets don’t provide any hanging spare, towel hooks don’t hold towels, etc. etc. shower and under sink has mold.
