The staff is excellent!!! The guest laundry is horrible. I spent $10 on the dryer and had to hang my clothes all over my room and they still weren't dry the next morning. Both machines kept taking my quarters without using them for my laundry and without giving them back. I had to completely clean the front loading washer because it was disgusting, then some idiot put a pod in the wrong cup (should not have been in a cup at all) and totally messed up the washer because it exploded in the washer and gummed up the place to put the liquid detergent. The construction was extremely loud. The floor with the guest laundry wasn't finished and the construction stuff was all over the place. Because of all the laundry problems, i wasn't able to clean all i needed. I would stay here again (I'm in the area one or twice a month), but only if those things are corrected.

Won't stay here again

The room was clean but there was black mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. The curtains were moth-eaten and there were actually moth cocoons on them. While I was actively talking to the night front desk person, he dismissed me to talk to another visitor and we were held up for another 5 minutes while the other person was helped. However, the morning front desk person was extremely nice and helpful.
