Suitable for us

This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. We brought our own shampoo but there were little packets available for use too. We were grateful to have the A/C to help us fall asleep in this extremely hot August summer heat.

disappointing

apartment cold ,no tea making facilities, no side/reading light no restaurants near, no suggestions where to go to eat eg business cards/ heating not working All the aboye could be sorted for very small cash

We booked double bed and got 2 single bed together one of them was broken and my wife’s back hurting, after asking about the bed responsible person said to book another hotel if I don’t want this he can’t help with the broken bed.

Cancelled booking, rough area, no notice

My booking was cancelled by the guest house on the day. The owner made another reservation for us with another guest house. This was really stressful because the owner sent only a what’s up and did not call, also left us no time to choose another else. We found out about the cancelation at the last minute. The guest house was in a very rough area with graphitis on the door and streets, at the end we were relieved that we are not staying there. We had to pay extra transport due to this relocation. I contacted hotels.com but it was after 17h and could not get through. At the end we took a new guest house but the experience was really poor.

HĂŽtel gĂźoia nondescript neighborhood in wonderful

Not a central location but close to Metro stop. Not many restaurants in area but a big grocery store three blocks. No breakfast or kitchen use. No glasses in room. After we checked in we never saw any hotel staff again. Tv and WiFi good.

Habiendo avisado dos dĂ­as antes de nuestra llegada, tardaron 20 minutos en abrirnos. La habitaciĂłn muy pequeña, con humedades y hormigas. El aire acondicionado se cobra a 15€ extra cada noche. SegĂșn la descripciĂłn tiene ĂĄreas comunes y ascensor que en la realidad no existen. Esta muy alejado del centro, y hay pocas opciones en los alrededores.

HĂŽtel en fin de rĂ©novation, la rĂ©ception se fait en bas des escalier, pas trĂšs accueillant mais peut-ĂȘtre que lorsque la rĂ©novation sera terminĂ©e ce sera mieux adaptĂ©, par contre malheureusement pour nous des gens (on ne sait pas si c'Ă©tait d'autres clients ou les hĂŽtes) parlaient assez fort dans le couloir Ă  6h45 du matin et on se rend compte que la porte de la chambre n'est pas top pour l'isolation sonore. La chambre Ă©tait rĂ©cente et propre tout comme la salle de bain.

Pas de clime dans la chambre en pleine canicule...

En pleine canicule Ă  40 degrĂ©s, la clime ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre !!! Ils nous ont donnĂ© un petit ventilateur pour passer la nuit...ils nous ont dit que quelqu’un allait passer rĂ©parer la clime dans la journĂ©e mais ce n’est jamais arrivĂ©.
