We had the deluxe room for 2 Adults and 2 kids under 8 and I can tell you its pretty run down. No daily cleaning or towel changes. The shower bar for the shower head broke off. There was mildew and mold around the showers, the place is falling apart. Sofa bed was sinking in the middle and needs replacing. The location however was close to the duomo and shops. I recommend a better hotel if you want comfort

The only thing that was hard was initially learning how to get the ac on. It was hidden in a closet. Everything else was perfect.

This place was great, wish we were staying longer. Once we figured out how to get in, nothing but awesome! There is an elevator, 3 steps up, so make sure you can carry 3 steps. The apt. was open, beautiful, clean, fresh, updated. The bed was super comfortable. Big bathroom, living area and bedroom. The lady who checked us in was so friendly, I didn't get her name!

Free to come and go on your own. We only met with the staff when we checked in. She didn't really speak English just kind of pointed where things were. It was like living in a condo or air bnb. Not like a hotel room. There was a kitchen, living room, bed room, and even a deck. Really you could just cook for yourself in the kitchen. I felt like I was staying in someone's apartment. Air conditioning works well. Only complaint was there was a foul odor in the apartment. Very small elevator to get your luggage up and down. We basically used the property for sleeping as we toured the city. Good location. Just don't expect any room service.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment just steps away from the Duomo. The location couldn’t be better surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you could possibly need within walking distance. The apartment itself was fabulous: incredibly spacious, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely attentive and made sure our stay was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to all my friends and family
