The suite was great and it has everything we need. The staff was easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. They allowed extra time for check out due to illness. The only downside was it’s on a busy street so light sleepers would have a hard time. However this is not something the property can control.

Perfect stay in Milan!

Location is fanastic. The street wonderfull. In very good conditions everything. Regarding room service, the offered once, but they forgot to go. But when I arrived I requested fresh towels and the arrived in 3 minutes . Because of they forgot to clean the room, they offered us one breakfast in the next door restaurant. I will defently will return!

We chose our apartment online on Expedia.com, for two nights. We were informed by Milan Royal Suites, when we were waiting to board our flight to Milan, that we were being upgraded as our booked Suite was unavailable. We were ok with this. However, the new suite was dirty, the bathroom drains smelled so badly. We complained and were consequently moved to a more satisfactory apartment. We had to pay for the uber which we hope will be refunded by Expedia. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in that apartment for the second night, it was booked. So we were moved again. Consequently, we did not have the use of that apartment during day. Staff were helpful, but to suggest we were upgraded on the original booking was a lie, and I hope Expedia will compensate us for the inconvenience and for the Uber charge of 17,55 Eur

I liked that the property was back from the street so was fairly quiet. The shower and the kitchen were nice, with a dishwasher and stove and refrigerator. I didn’t like the service at all. The address on the email was different than the address we actually had to go to for our room. This meant we had to walk a few blocks with all of our luggage to the apartment. Also, they only communicated through WhatsApp which I don’t use too much, instead of communicating through email. If I asked for more coffee in the morning, I would get it at 10:00 at night. Very unreliable service.

Amazing location! Quiet and very safe! Walkable to all attractions and shopping streets. Great choice of restaurants around. The suite is very spacious and spectacular loaded with everything you need to enjoy a great stay! Not to mention the beautiful balcony with the street view. Room service & customer service are amazing too. They are in constant communication with you to ensure your stay is comfortable. Would definately recommend booking with them!

Apartment great but checkin not good.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located however the checkin process was not good. No address was supplied prior to arrival, and the address on the map is incorrect. When we rang the number a non english speaker could not help, we waited and finally received another address. we walked there and again had to wait for someone to attend and let us in. I suggest a lockbox or similar would avoid this bad experience.

Great city apartment

Very nice and clean apartment, centrally located to the Duomo The company had to change the apartment at the last minute but all communications were clear and helpful and caused no issue.

the host and hotels.com need to have proper coordination. the location of the unit is not as what was stated at hotels.com app. also, the check-in time was stated at 2:00pm and later i was informed that it was 3:00pm. we were at the given address by hotels.com at 3pm but were able to check-in at 4:00 pm coz we had to walk to the real address of the property. the unit was clean and comfortable.

Confusion with address of actual unit. Unit on hotels.com website is not necessarily the one you stay at.given address to store luggage. Yet not where you stay. By chance, manager in building when we went to check in. 5 min walk to unit. All worked out, but a bit stressful. Unit did have some ants on ground floor

The suite did not look like the pictures and the air conditioning was not able to keep up in summer. The staff came several times to try and fix the A/C but no real change. We checked out early as it was just to unbearable at night.
