The location of the apartment was very noisy as it is next to the train station so you hear the train all night long but The apartment is nice. I was told my apartment would not be ready so I had to go to the main office to check in. When we checked in, our apartment was actually ready so we had to travel another 20 mins to the other apartment. Be prepared to travel 20 minutes out of the Center of milan to check in and then another 20 minutes to get to your actual apartment. The whole process was over an hour (hotel is 5 minutes).

Pessimo soggiorno

Purtroppo, il mio peggiore soggiorno negli ultimi 10 anni... L'appartamento non è dotato di aria condizionata, è caldissimo! Nell'appartamento è presente soltanto un piccolo ventilatore e quello di tetto non è funzionante. Pessimo. Oltre la pulizia ... Mi hanno consegnato l'appartamento pieno di polvere e io allergica! Mi hanno offerto che la ragazza per la pulizia ripassasse ma il danno era già fatto ero dentro e ho dovuto prendere gli antistaminici. Sono stata a Milano per lavoro e per la mia organizzazione lavorativa non mi ha permesso di accertare che venisse la persona per pulire. Poi non vi racconto lo stress del checkout che mi avevano concesso 11.30 al check in ma non segnato che nel giorno del check out, hanno quasi messo giù la porta per poter entrare, non sto esagerando, suonavano e volevano entrare in qualsiasi modo.Un orrore. Hotels.com mi è stato vicino e dal gestore aspetto il rimborso della pulizia che vien pagata extra al check in, visto che io non lo ho avuta la desidero essere rimborsata. Vediamo loro mi hanno detto di sì, attendo il movimento sulla carta di credito. Intanto a Milano con loro non soggiorno più. Hotels.com mi è venuto incontro e sono comunque sollevata.
