Heating wasn’t working but got intouch with company and it was sorted straight away. Communication was great with hosts. Drain in shower was blocked and wouldn’t drain so had to unclog it to work but not an issue. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable with a dip in the middle but had extra duvets to help with that. Everything included in the accommodation with what you would need for a short stay. Overall happy with the accommodation.
