Mainly excellent service at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to the metro and the airport was brilliant - on demand, no booking or timetables. The wait staff in the restaurant could have been more attentive - we were left waiting to give our order for 20 minutes. But this was the only grumble in what was otherwise a great experience.

Would choose to stay in the city

We stayed one night before our flight home. The airport shuttle was good but we did have to call multiple times to get through. Now we know Milan and the transport links better well opt to stay in the city instead. The room was very corporate; no character at all. Also there is no sound proofing from the corridor so you can hear people arriving late and the cleaners starting early! The hotel is over-priced for what you get. The fix in the restaurant was good though.
