Poor
Arrived and was told we didn’t book a twin room (we did and was charged an additional fee at the hotel for a second person). This could have been avoided if they replied to the messages I sent 2 months prior asking for 2 single beds in the room.
Then the WiFi went down for the rest of my stay meaning all keycards in the hotel stopped working. This meant every time I needed to access my room I had to be escorted upstairs by a staff member to open it for me.
The water fountain was in the hallway of the room meaning if I left to get water in the night, the door would close and I had to go down to reception to get let back into my room.
The staff really tried but the overall experience was poor. Definitely not returning!
