Great for family weekend

Crowed but perfect for families. Lots of child friendly activities including 4 hours of daycare (4+) included. Restaurants on site and functional kitchenette. Would stay again.

Das Konzept ist nicht ganz durchdacht. Es fehlen Ablagen in der Dusche für Hygieneprodukte, so das man diese auf den Boden stellen muss. Beim Essen fehlen Servietten auf den Tischen, gerade mit kleineren Kindern ist es komfortabler. Es gibt eine Menge Angebote für die Kinder, die zum Teil kostenpflichtig sind. Gerade der Aquapark ist nicht inkludiert. Des Weiteren erfolgt kein Handtuch Austausch und muss ein Tag vorher angemeldet werden. Bei uns war lediglich ein Duschtuch und zwei Handtücher vorhanden. Die Betten sind bereits durchgelegen und der Topper rutscht extrem vom Bett. Man benötigt ungefähr 2 min bis zum Strand und 5min zur zentralen Promenade.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Was uns jedochvgestört hat, dass alles extra kostet und man schon einiges für Betätigungen wie schwimmen, parken, spielen und Ähnliches extra kostet. Die Lage ist jedoch echt schön und für eine Woche Ostsee gut geeignet, wenn man sich außerhalb der Anlage die Zeit vertreiben möchte.

Wir sind spontan übers Wochenende angereist. Die Anlage ist riesig und es gibt viel zu spielen für Kids.. Den Preis für den Aquapark find ich happig aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Die Angebote für Kinder Unterhaltungen sind reichlich vorhanden, mit der Familie sollte man aufjedenfall mal zum AQUA Resort hinfahren! Der Wasserspielplatz hat den Kindern sehr gefallen. Wenn man mit dem Pkw im Resort angekommen ist, braucht man kein Pkw mehr, (Garage ist vorhanden ist aber etwas zu teuer) alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Pizza, Döner Kebab (an der Seebrücke),Eis und Pfannkuchen ,wenn man außerhalb essen gehen möchte. Der Strand war leider sehr überfüllt , aber sauber.

Das Hotel bietet viele schöne Freizeitmöglichkeiten, vor allem für Kinder. Die Lage ist super, Ausflugziele in der Umgebung sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und modern mit kleinen Mängeln (z.B. Waage ohne Batterie, defektes Kartenfach). Die Parkgebühren ist sehr hoch und auch der Eintritt in den Wasserpark ist viel zu hoch (60€ für zwei Stunden mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind). Die Buffetauswahl ist leider nicht sehr vielseitig, es ist sehr laut im Restaurant und die Servicekräfte kommen mit dem Tische Abräumen nicht hinterher. Der Außenpool und der Wasserspielplatz waren im August (!) geschlossen.

Wir waren vom 20.08. bis 25.08. mit unserem 2-jährigen Sohn in diesem Hotel. 1. Das Wasser im Hotelpool war extrem kalt. Es war so kalt, dass viele Gäste sagten, sie würden lieber nicht schwimmen gehen. Für ein Familienhotel, das auch für Kinder geeignet sein soll, ist es wirklich schade. Wenn die Außentemperatur nur 14–15 Grad beträgt, sollte das Poolwasser nicht so kalt sein, dass Kinder zittern und kaum schwimmen können. Leider hat sich unser Kind dadurch erkältet. 2. Die Matratze war stark verschmutzt (Blutflecken), und auf dem frischen Bettlaken, das wir beim Check-in vorgefunden haben, waren viele Haare – ich habe sogar Fotos davon gemacht. Mein Tipp: Wer hier übernachtet, sollte besser eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen. Ein großes Problem ist außerdem, dass das Zimmer nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt wird. In unserem Fall kam aber auch nach 4 Tagen niemand zum Saubermachen. 3. Das Frühstück kostet 25 € pro Person und auch das Abendessen 25 €. Das Buffet war diesen Preis absolut nicht wert. Für uns zwei Erwachsene wären das 100 € pro Tag nur für Frühstück und Abendessen gewesen – viel zu teuer für ein Familienhotel. Außerdem gab es beim Essen kaum Abwechslung.

Die Poolanlage ist wirklich super und auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Zum Strand sind es allerdings etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß – der Hinweis auf einen eigenen Strandzugang klingt etwas missverständlich, da der Strand nicht direkt am Hotel liegt. Die Zimmer werden nur nach Anmeldung an der Rezeption gereinigt, was ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß finde. Zudem gibt es viele Zusatzkosten, z. B. für den Parkplatz, der sehr teuer ist. Die Anlage ist recht weitläufig und anfangs etwas unübersichtlich – man braucht mindestens einen Tag, um sich zurechtzufinden. Wenn man sich eingewöhnt hat, ist es aber insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.
