Great location

Nice hotel with a great view of the ocean. As many hotels do, this also has a great deal of perfume everywhere, which is too powerful and not allergy friendly.

Our stay was nice, but not more than that. It was actually a bit disappointing for a five stars Hilton hotel. On the first shower we found out that it was clogged, the Shampoo bottle was empty and the shower gel was mixed with water. We called the reception and the staff responded quick so it was okay…but yet not such a great experience to start your stay. The water park is very nice but having only one hour free was also very (!!) disappointing, since there is no other alternative for pool there (with small child). I would expect from a five stars hotel that claims to have a pool to provide better terms for its guests. Breakfast was good but lacked some basic foods, dinner was very good. Location is super!!!

Super Lage, viele Restaurants im Hotel und in der Umgebung. Etwas kompliziertes anfahren mit dem Auto, da der Parkbereich für 4-5 Hotels gedacht ist. Auch der Aquapark wird mit den anderen Hotels geteilt und nur eine Stunde Aufenthalt täglich ist kostenlos, wer länger bleiben möchte zahlt je nach Saison eine Gebühr. Beim hoteleigenen Spa-Bereich gibt es zwei Whirlpools die super sind. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wer draußen sitzt sollte sein Essen nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen, da die Möwen gerne mitessen.

Insgesamt ein neues, schönes und komfortables Hotel. Ein toller Wasserpark. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, könnte aber besser sein (keine große Auswahl an Säften, flüssiger Haferbrei usw.). Zu den Nachteilen würde ich Folgendes zählen: 1) In den Zimmern kann die Temperatur nicht mit Hilfe der Klimaanlage reguliert werden. 2) Der Strand ist über den Sand schwer zu erreichen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollten Holzstege zum Strand angelegt werden, und (absolut notwendig!) beim Verlassen des Strandes sollten Duschen und Wasserhähne zum Waschen der Füße vorhanden sein.

Hotel und Zimmer sind immer noch top, allerdings wurde unser Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt. Dies wurde uns auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt. Hier sollte das Hotel wirklich nachbessern, da es sich ja hierbei um ein 5 Sterne Haus handelt und preislich im oberen Segment ansiedelt. Frühstück lohnt sich absolut und ist mega.

Værelserne fine, men larm med musik nedefra det var irriterende Flinke medarbejdere og dog manglede jeg fra start oplysninger om hvad der egentligt var på hotellet Det blev sådan lidt af gangen Jeg følte at kommunikation var lidt tung Der var rent og god comfort Morgenmad var super fin Men jeg følte mig ikke super tilpas Vil nok ikke tage det hotel næste gang
