Der Zustand des Zimmers war sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist top beim Abendbrot fehlt ein wenig die Auswahl. An der Rezeption gibt es wie immer beim Personal ein Gut und eben ein besser als nur gut. Hier nenne ich auch gern den Namen Jowita war sehr bemüht uns schnell und unkompliziert zu helfen👍. Die Zusatzkosten für Billard, Schwimmbad und co. sind verständlich aber meiner Meinung nach zu hoch

Das Zimmer war augenscheinlich für einen anderen Gast vorbereitet.Es lag ein Empfangschreiben auf dem Tisch , was einen anderen Namen hatte.Es fehlten auch je ein Bademantel,eine Bettdecke,ein Kopfkissen, einmal Badelatschen-es war also für nur 3 Besucher eingerichtet. Alle Toilettenartikel waren nur für eine Person vorhanden. ( Zahnbürste etc.) Wir hatten gebucht eine Suite mit Meerblick, welche in den oberen Etagen liegen Solen , aber wir konnten durch das vorliegende Hiltonhotel nur eingeschränkt auf das Meer aus der 4 Etage mit ZimmerNr. 404 schauen. An der Rezeption wollten wir es sachlich klären, dass es wohl nicht unser Zimmer ist, aber dort wurden wir unfreundlich behandelt und abgewiesen. Angeblich wäre man ausgebucht, was aber nicht stimmt. Das Obst -als Willkommensgruß -war schon alt. Da wir Zeitdruck hatten und gemeinsam in den Pool wollten, mußten wir ins. 3x anrufen, damit endlich der fehlende Bademantel kommt und wir haben somit wertvolle Urlaubszeit verloren.
Im Prospekt sieht die über 500€ Suite mit dem Meerblick anders aus

Super vielfältiges Frühstück, da ist für jeden was dabei. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal beim Frühstück war super nett, an der Rezeption leider nicht, als es zu Problemen bei der Ausfahrt kam. Die erste Karte hat nicht funktioniert und ich musste wieder zur Rezeption, da war die Dame an der Rezeption schon genervt. Die zweite Karte wurde auch nicht erkannt (Sensor an der Schranke ist wohl defekt) und ich musste wieder zur Rezeption, damit die Schranke geöffnet wird und da war die Dame sehr unhöflich

Rundum glücklich. Sehr schönes Zimmer und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Für Familien ist das Spielzimmer echt toll und auch das Schwimmbad. Kleiner Tipp: ich bin mit meinem Sohn immer erst 18Uhr ins Schwimmbad weil es dann nicht mehr voller Menschen war😇

Super Lage, direkter Strandzugang. Abendessen war gut, Frühstück Qualität nicht 5 Sterne entsprechend. Restaurant bei HP speziell zum Frühstück war unentspannt, Buffets waren schlecht angeordnet. Gesamteindruck der Zimmer war gut, bis auf die Sauberkeit der Gardinen und, dass die Reparatur der Balkontür nicht stattgefunden hat. Der Teppich im Flur war dreckig. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht stimmig, daher werden wir nicht nochmal kommen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super – insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, vor allem für Familien. Was ich schade fand: Beim Check-in wurde nicht erwähnt, dass täglich eine Stunde Schwimmbadnutzung im Preis enthalten ist. Das wäre gerade mit Kind eine wichtige Info gewesen. Etwas irritierend war auch, dass mir zunächst ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gegen Aufpreis angeboten wurde – obwohl ich genau das bereits gebucht hatte. Erst nach meinem Hinweis wurde mir ein entsprechendes Zimmer in der 6. Etage zugewiesen. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und schön, allerdings hatte der Teppich mehrere sichtbare Flecken, was den Gesamteindruck etwas trübt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut – große Auswahl, von süß bis herzhaft, für jeden etwas dabei.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal vor Ort. Das Hotel ist top gelegen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und man kann am Tag 1 Stunde das Schwimmbad nutzen. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe und sind sauber und hell. Es ist nicht hellhörig. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die sie sich gut bezahlen lassen. Der Speisesaal sollte dringend überdacht werden und ist eher der eines 3* Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal flink und aufmerksam. Es wird permanent nachgelegt. Jedoch ist es teilweise viel zu voll und eng. Vom Geräuschpegel brauchen wir gar nicht anfangen. Das buchen von Halbpension würden wir nicht empfehlen. Es gibt eine vielzahl von Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, die für gleiches Geld wesentlich mehr bieten. Auch das Hoteleigene Restaurant im EG ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren diesmal etwas enttäuscht, da sowohl der Empfang, als auch der Checkout an Wärme und Gastfreundschaft zu wünschen übrig gelassen haben. Es fand praktisch keine Kommunikation statt. Trotz allem ist es ein tolles Hotel, was zu Ausflügen, schlendern und ausspannnen einläd.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse, direkt am Strand. Frühstücksauswahl ist riesig, jedoch furchtbar laut und keine Kühlung der Wurstwaren und Butter. Kein Spritz- und Spuckschutz über den Speisen. Abendessen okay, aber definitiv keine 5 Sterne. Premium Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick (10 Etage)

Großer Hotelbunker mit entsprechend vielen Gästen. Aber schönes Zimmer (wir hatten eine Suite), alle Annehmlichkeiten, tolles Schwimmbad, vor Allem für Kinder, Strand fußläufig und extrem viel Gastronomie.
