Super Responsive and Caring Host

I stayed at this property for 1.5 months for work. I loved every day of it. The place was clean, warm, and cozy. The host, Ariana, was absolutely outstanding. Great communication, and a great property. If you’re looking for someplace to stay for cheap, close to downtown Midland, I would highly recommend this property.

Quaint and charming

Oh my goodness. I read the first reviews and I'm so glad that I ignored them. What a quaint and charming bnb. It's perfect for a couple. So nice to have your own porch and sitting area. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Small and odd floorplan

Property was clean but smaller with odd floorplan than we expected. Double bed was against the wall so it was difficult for two people to sleep on it. Wife used the pull-out couch and I used the bed. Shower door does not close so water leaked onto floor. (should get it fixed to avoid damage to floor) Towels were clean and fresh. Had to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. Kitchen is OK for a quick breakfast or snack since it only has a bar top against the wall. Coffee maker was great. TV's in living room and bedroom were very good and clear. Parking was good. Location was OK for our needs on this trip.

Apartment in Midland

This property is the front end of a two units and is in a good city location of older homes. Bedroom is quite small. Living room was set up well. Kitchen was well equipped except for a few items (salt/pepper, coffee filters) and bathroom also lacked some items. Unit has no separate ac/heat control. Hosts were very responsive.
