Nice room, felt like things had been modernized, clean, spacious. Obviously the pool was a big hit for our family! I would still say a little on the pricey side for the calibre.

Room was okay. Had a smell of musty dirty feet (think it was the carpet). Bathroom is showing its age. Atrium was cold and so was the pool. Paying 300 a night for a pool we barely used. All other visits (this is our fourth) we enjoyed sitting on the patio and we didnt do it one time this stay as it just felt too chilly. Very disappointing. We travelled with 3 other families and all jad the same thoughts.

Our room was big, quiet and nice . We had a room with 2 double beds . We had a microwave a a coffe maker which made it more convenient. 2 of our friends had rooms with balcony faced to tha Atrrium which was so noisy. There were a strong smell of chlorine there. The hotel , Atrium, restaurant and bar were great. Cons: smell of Chlorine in tge rooms faxe to Atrium. Kid friedly, so very noisy and not a great option for adults. It would be great if there was a time for adults to use the pool area.

The king suite was very nice for our family of four. The staff were good but wouldn’t clean the room unless you requested. The pool was crowded but still enjoyable. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was typical diner food - tasty but nothing special. The hotel had activities for older kids for the holidays, and the water slide was busy and staffed with lifeguards. Overall, we had a great little getaway!

We come here often from Toronto because my kids love the heated pool, slide and trees. We we're glad to see they've done rennovations. The new rooms look beautiful. The only downside was the rooms were cold even with the hear cranked up. The arcade is also renovated. Would be great if a breakfast buffet was offered.

Had a king bed with a pullout sofa. Pulled the sofa bed out around 9:30pm to put the kids to bed and found the mattress and sheets soaking in urine from the night before. Called the front desk who offered another room which was two queens instead. No refund offered. Disgusted and won’t be staying again.

An amazing place to take your family for the holidays, be prepared for crowds. . The kids loved the programs offered the arcades, pool and of course the waterslide. The staff were friendly and we loved our room. The rooms on the north end are newly renovated. Location is handy to many restaurants and amenities.

The pool is wonderful for the kids. Well staffed and maintained. Unless you are in renovated rooms the bathroom space is inadequate. A new pin for the nautilus machine in the gym is an easy fix so you have full use of the space.
