The room felt extremely dated and in need of a refresh. One of the bathroom lights was out, making the bathtub area quite dark—especially with the door open, which we needed to do while managing a little one. The grout around the tub and bathroom floor looked dirty and unappealing, which didn’t give a great first impression. The carpet also needed more thorough cleaning. With the lights on, it was easy to see leftover items from previous guests, like hair ties, which made the room feel less clean than it should be. That said, the pool was a nice feature and a bright spot during our stay. It was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having that space to relax. With some basic maintenance and improved cleaning in the rooms, this could be a much better experience overall.

Our stay was amazing. It was clean, everyone was friendly, the hotel pool/slide was great! Surprised that there isn't a stronger chemical smell throughout the building. The lifeguards are constantly checking state of the water. I would for sure stay there again.

I was in town dealing with a family medical emergency and found the staff to be very accommodating. They were compassionate and kind and were quick to ask how my family member was doing. The hotel itself is lovely and very clean. This made it even more easy for me to concentrate on my little granddaughter and her parents. Thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant

The hotel pool was awesome but often overcrowded during the day. Lots of parents not following the rules around not letting children under 5 years old into the hot tub.

If you’re going for the water slide go on weekend!

Was visiting Ontario and took my nieces there for the night. We had a great time in the pool and arcade, but we’re incredibly disappointed to find out the water slide is only open on weekends. I didn’t read anywhere that the water slide was closed through the week. The inside of the hotel was quite nice, and they are currently renovating rooms. I was a little unsettled in the parking lot as there were people doing drugs openly on a grassy area.
