Staff at front desk were amazing. I booked a special accessibility room by accident and within 10 minutes, they had a non special accessibility room available for our check in.

Room temperature was 15 Celsius, because AC was off and room was cold, it us bettet to put AC in a proper temperature

This hotel should be closed down, elevator was broken wich caused us to take the stairs. Half the lights in the pool area didn't work. Vending machines were out of order. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. The elevator that did work had duct tape holding pcs together. The room ceiling looked to be leaking. light swiched in bathroom were broken. Beside the bed looked like vomit not cleaned up. I will never return to this motel6 ever again

I have a suggestion when you have an accessible room please ensure the room is fully accessible. The door to the room was difficult to open and close for that matter. Toilet seat was very low but did have the appropriate grab bars. No coffee or tea in the room?

One elevator didn't work all weekend, the 2nd elevator didn't work Sunday. Had to carry out stuff down the stairwell. There were 2 dogs barking all night, the smell of weed smoke through the hallways.
