For your safety, exterior security cameras are located on the property and record locally; there are no cameras inside the home. Please note that while we provide family essentials, the cottage is not "child-proofed," and active supervision is required at all times.

Parking is located strictly in front of the garage. The side driveway must remain clear at all times to allow our quiet tenant 24/7 access to the rear barn for boat storage. We ask that guests use the rear entrance as their primary way of entering and exiting the house.
