The room I booked was in poor condition, and the bathroom was completely clogged, making it unusable for the entire day. Despite our repeated requests, the staff didn’t change our room. When we spoke to the manager, she was extremely rude and even shouted at us. very unprofessional and disrespectful. We also asked the staff to at least clean the toilet by midday, but they didn’t take any action.

Rooms are not cleaned or maintained right. Mattress falling apart. Found used empty package of drugs in room. Garbage all the way around building and over flowing in garbage cans inside the hotel. Charged me for my service dog. Witch I get u can however most descent hotels won't . Got wrong room reserved a king size bed got 2 queen sized. No good TV channels. Breakfast area nasty not maintained during breakfast.. once they found out about my dog they gave me a dirty room. However service dog well trained. I have stayed in this chain many times however never has it been this bad. I get u get what u pay for however have some pride in ur business

The rooms was DISGUISING I was transferred to multiple (3) rooms before deciding I’m not staying here… my kids was disgusted by the pool as we walked by and didn’t want to get in. After asking for a manager multiple times I was turned away by a short Indian lady who refuse to show her name badge or verbally give me her name. She didn’t want to give a refund and also being very rude to me and my children. I Called multiple times to speak with manager after bring told manager is unavailable. I still haven’t received refund or manager response. Hotel should get get 0 stars 1 was minimum. Hotel smells so bad of animals and smoke. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lamp on the nightstand didn't work and the curtains were torn. Breakfast was from 6am to 8:30am. Well, they tried to refuse making more sausages. We complained because you're supposed to keep replacing what's run out until breakfast time is over. The waffles were good. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was watered down way too much. Overall the stay was good for a nights rest.
