The room was clean but so humid everything felt wet. I tried running the BR fan but that didn’t help. My sink was also clogged up- it would drain but VERY slow. I reported to the front desk and either they never came to fix it or it was unfixable because two days later it was still clogged. Breakfast was good and the workers were very polite.

would stay again

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was what you would expect. Quiet. Couldn’t get husbands computer to work after the first day. Wi-Fi wouldn’t kick in, but not sure if it was him or their Wi-Fi. Not a big deal. Mine was fine. Pretty central to a lot of retail. Will probably stay again next time visiting family. My only complaint was the strong smell of cleaner on our first night. It dissipated after that.

Convenient (15 minutes) to 3 Dunes Challenge & Indiana Dunes Nature Center. Turn into hotel from a main road with quick access to the highway. Small area for free breakfast. choices include toast, cereal, yogurt, muffins, French toast, scrambled and fried eggs (powdered?) sausage patties, etc. Room very clean, but dated. AC, pool (didn’t use). Good value.

The room clean-carpet old all over hotel dirty-breakfast not good (cold, eggs no flavor, potatoes not done, sandwich thing not good) No extras plastic glasses 6-7 ozs, no extra bedding pillows or blanket, noisy, we had a suite (haha) 3rd floor in back empty multiple trash cans and dumpsters 530 am the AC worked well - will be no next time -

The entire floor of my room was sticky. The carpet. The carpet was so gross that it was sticky. The room was over 100 degrees when I arrived, and it smelled terrible. There were extremely loud people in the room next to me, I requested to be moved (they had plenty of open rooms), but the girl working didn't move me, instead she made a complaint to them, which did nothing, and they continued to be unreasonably loud, so I was never able to sleep. For $200/ night, a place should be clean, and reasonably quiet. I was disgusted by the filth in this place! Never again!
