Staff was seen smoking just outside of doorways. They should have designated smoking area for them out of sight. Room had strong smell of cleaning chemicals, when we requested no fragrances or chemicals due to severe allergies to those. Rooms were not clean to other IHG properties we have visited.

Very clean hotel & our room had everything we needed. Surprisingly the breakfast was delicious even though it’s not cooked to order! My husband loved the freshly grind coffee too. We highly recommend this hotel.

The entire staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast lady worked hard in keeping things filled and hot. The cinnamon rolls were the best, of course, but everything was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The city of Michigan City had several things to do, including the beach. It was close enough to Michigan, to get to some of the other towns that were magnificent.

It was horrible. There was a couple thinks that kept it from being better. There were no curtains, only blinds. And the blinds were broken and had holes all throughout. One of the housekeepers was also rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was the best part.
