The location was excellent for my purpose. It is across the street from the beach but I was there for work. Unfortunately, the wifi in the building was not strong enough. The first night, I had to hot spot myself to get work done. I did reach out to both Expedia and the front desk. I was slightly stronger the second night, but not strong enough to get work done, so I just woke up early to go to the conference center to log-in. The unit itself is a private residence, so I totally understand why they don't give access to their personal wifi, but if you're going to want wifi, the hotel open wifi isn't strong enough on the 38th floor. The view is lovely-- city side, not beach. Additionally, the light switches and plugs were not consistently functioning. The R bedside lamp, for example, didn't have a switch (broken off) so it required a little finagling to turn on and off. There is no main overhead lamp to the bedroom, so those bedside lamps are needed. I just used the bathroom light, but worth noting. AC also took a very long time to kick-in the first night and never got particularly cold. Instructions near the unit would be helpful. Again, unit itself is clean and the view from the 38th floor is lovely. The building and staff are nice. The location is excellent (though across a busy street from the beach). Wifi was very frustrating for work, but if you're looking to disconnect, that could be good.
