Would not recommend
The check in process started with harassing emails requesting private information including a copy of my bank credit card statement as proof or payments 3 days before check in or we would lose our reservation but of course still pay. We waited to check in for about 30 minutes.
They sent us the incorrect address when asking for clarification adding an extra number to the end which directed us to a dubious neighborhood.
The vacation was most memorable about the time we and all guests waited for the two elevators, we waited as much as 15 minutes and then they were full of people. Guests on lower floors were much worse off as the elevators were always full for them. We often stopped on each floor as frustrated guests walked the stairs. I walked up 29 floors once out of total frustration. I did benefit from the exercise but 29 floors in south Florida is not the most comfortable experience.
I must say the staff were pleasant but they too complained about the elevators imagine they heard many guest complaints.
In summary this address is ill suited to VRBO recommendation. The company should check their affliiates before adding ghem to the list.
