Excellent hosts!! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was well designed, clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for walking to Centro, shopping and sight seeing, offering a genuine local experience. This is now our “go to” place for our next trip to Merida.

Hosts were incredibly welcoming. This is a very authentic experience in the heart of Mérida. Not luxury, but clean, simple, affordable and fun. Perfect! I highly recommend the experience! Entrance: The door reminds me of Platform 9 3/4 in Harry Potter. For me, it was almost impossible to find - every time I went back. I stood on the corner, right in front of it, and still couldn’t recognize the door. I even had a GPS mark. I don’t understand it either. There are a lot of doors, and everything sort of looks the same. Take a picture of the door and note where it is on the T intersection before going out. Regarding Merida, I walked from this place all around Merida. I always felt safe, even in the dark. There are lots of people walking around all over town. Getting around in Merida: I walked several miles and took an e-bike tour. Ubers are pretty cheap, and there’s a tour bus service that goes around the city - like one of the tour busses in Manhattan. But things are generally far apart, and you’ll need to get around. Have fun!
