Muy amable la señorita que nos hizo el check-in. El proceso fue muy rapido. Quedamos nada más por una noche, pero nos gustó bastante. Las habitaciones se vean igual que los fotos, es un lugar muy tranquilo, y lindo, acogedor. Único comentario será porque es tan pequeña en la mañana de escuchaba mientras qie se libraban para almuerzo, y la gente platicando desde nuestro cuarto. No fue algo muy fuerte, nada más algo que notamos.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. First I was in a junior suite, I didn't like the fact not to have a window, and the A/C blowing over the bed. Gabriel at the front desk was very accommodating and fast thinking, the next morning he moved me to a studio de Luxe. Spacious, very clean, lots of space. Great staff all over. One of the best boutique hotel I had in the last 7 years I come to Mérida. Tuve una estancia increíble en el hotel. Primero estaba en una suite junior, no me gustaba el hecho de no tener una ventana, y el aire acondicionado soplando sobre la cama. Gabriel en la recepción era muy complaciente y de pensamiento rápido, a la mañana siguiente me trasladó a un estudio de Luxe. Amplio, muy limpio, mucho espacio. Gran personal por todas partes. Uno de los mejores hoteles boutique que tuve en los últimos 7 años vengo a Mérida
