Originalmente hecha de paja a principios del siglo pasado, renovada en las décadas posteriores y después de un período inabitable se procede a la intervención total del sitio en 2020 para dar lugar a un espacio emblemático en una de las zonas con más tradición de la Mérida antigua.
Construida con materiales de la región que se representa en el chukúm, el concreto pulido, pisos de pasta tradicionales y muros mampostería.
Un espacio cercano al aeropuerto de merida que para la relajación en el corazón de una de las ciudades más bonitas de México.
La casa de la 95 te espera para conocer a escasos metros el histórico cementerio general, el monumento a Pedro Infante, la feria de xcalachén y a 5 min de la ermita de Santa Isabel.
