The hotel is very well located, inside a mall. Downstairs there's an Oxxo convenience store, and there are pharmacies, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel is simple and inexpensive, fine for a short stay.

The rooms were a lot smaller than advertised and there wasn't really a bathroom. There was door to toilet that couldn"t close and the shower was behind another small door. The towels were stained and there was a smell in the room

The check-in process was poor when they gave us keys to SOMEONE ELSE’s occupied room. The hot water varied each day. The room keys reset every two days, requiring a visit to the front desk. The breakfast staff seemed uninterested in resolving coffee and other issues. The location is convenient and the access to food and shopping was nice.

Location was good. The AC could not go below 25.5 °C and it was rather hot in the room. there was no resolve even after reporting it The beds were itchy ..not sure if bed bugs or what. Staff not friendly.
