We truly enjoyed the series we received and the room was always well taken care of. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. I don’t remember the names of the staff, however, there was two young men that were always very accommodating. There was a young lady in the evening that didn’t seem very helpful as her colleagues. The hotel was nice overall. The pool area could use some more cleaning. The windows were very dirty, smudged everywhere. Also, the corners/floor of the shower were pretty dirty. Everything the hotel offers is nice and comfortable but it could be cleaner.
