This is a great hotel with very friendly, professional staff. Everything in downtown was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back if in town.

Woman at check-in was so rude and aggressive that the couple that was behind us in line stopped us later to ask about it. The next day my wife asked the front desk to exchange towels. She was berated and told to go find housekeeping and never bring towels to the lobby again. We are a mostly retired couple that travels a lot, we spent the previous night in a very nice Laquita in Missouri, not what we expect from this chain.

Very Good Stay
Property was in a really good location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Parking included was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.
