The location is in a huge shopping center with restaurants nearby. Security monitors the parking lots. Double room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant smell. Though the mattress was a little on the hard side for my taste, the bed was overall comfortable. Covers were lightweight but I just pulled out the extra blanket tucked away in the closet and was fine. With the exception of one, the staff was friendly and helpful. One desk clerk went beyond service and tied my husband’s tie for him. The rooms are not technologically up to date so don’t forget your plug in chargers. Full breakfast bar was plus average. This was our third stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay again.

Many hotels in Memphis have reviews that make you question whether or not to stay there. This hotel has the highest reviews and now I know why. Pictures are exactly what you’ll find when you’re there, staff is excellent, and I felt very comfortable! Will definitely stay here on our return visits!

Worth the money

Nice stay, friendly staff and nice breakfast wasn't fancy but a basic good breakfast. Traveling from Oklahoma back to Maryland and needed a nice overnight stay and glad I found this one!

We came to Memphis to spend the holidays with family. The staff was exceptional, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The faculty, itself, was clean and comfortable with the location being close to restaurants and shopping.

Close to perfect

I stay here regularly when I travel to see my family. It is very clean and well kept and the service is great. I also really like the location which is close to the freeway, but provide the sense of separation from high traffic areas. During my most recent trip, I had two problems with items in the room. The first time the coffee maker did not work and the second time the bathroom sink drain cover would not lift up. I’m sure the hotel would have sent someone up to fix it immediately, but I arrived very late and didn’t want to have somebody up in my room at that time of night. Otherwise, my day was great as usual..
