Parking was good. The hotel part was under construction so during the day it got quite noisy. But thats to be expected. The pool area was really cool with the huge lighthouse and palm trees that were decorated with lights. We went to eat breakfast in the am and the food was phenomenal! But our server was even better. Super polite, and very fast!

The room had what looked like dried blood on the curtains. Our pool facing room had a door that locked us out every time we used the pool. The neighborhood was scary. The AC had been turned off and boiler on so the room was blistering hot. Had to Request a fan after 3 days of no sleep. The floors in the hotel room were VERY dirty. Wear your shoes. Kids literally scream from pool open to pool close. So if you choose a pool facing room....be ready. The hotel is under construction with hallways that connect parts of the building dug up. Ive lost hotel picking privileges because of this misfire.

Staff were very nice. We had a smaller refreshed room but it’s just an older property, making it hard to improve layout. Lots of interesting folks hanging around all hours of day and night. That being said, we had no issues inside or with our vehicle.

When we checked in the room was cold and they gave us a low heater .I was in a wheelchair so they gave us a room all the way upstairs and my husband had to push me up a ramp and our room was down the hallway to the left and he still had to push me down the hallway to our cold room .Their thermastat wouldnt work at all.but I thought the front desk would ask how was our stay .We werent told about the wifi either we didnt want to phone them either .We had to go quite a distance for our ice so we didnt bother getting anything it was a nice room really small bathroom but next time I will see if there is a handicap room cause and more handicap spots too
