Footsteps from Point Leo Surf Beach—on Victoria’s stunning Mornington Peninsula—this leafy estate enjoys complete privacy. Encased among a gorgeous garden, it comes with a full tennis court, basketball hoop and mini golf. Catering to families or groups, it combines spacious interiors with idyllic outdoor areas perfectly capturing the fresh sea air. From here you’ll be a short drive to the region’s renowned wineries, Arthurs Seat Eagle, Peninsula Hot Springs and the bayside beaches.
A five-minute walk from the beach and moments from Mornington Peninsula’s key attractions, this expansive estate sits on a large block of land, with perfectly manicured gardens and a leafy hedge blocking the surrounding streets. The property itself is staged over one level with spacious interiors flowing to an alfresco dining area, sun lounges and a private tennis court.

The main living and dining area is open plan, with large glass sliding doors bathing the space in beautiful natural light. A generous dining table makes it easy for guests to eat at home, making use of the full kitchen and BBQ or taking things slow in the mornings at the breakfast bar. In the evenings spread out on the lounge, getting cosy in front of the fireplace during winter (please byo wood) There is a second living room with a full height bookcase and TV creating separate entertainment zones for adults and kids.

Each of the four bedrooms has been immaculately appointed for a good night’s sleep. The enormous master suite benefits from a king-sized bed, dedicated study nook and neat ensuite with both a bathtub and shower. The bright second bedroom highlights a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom contains a double and also comes with an ensuite bathroom. Two single beds within the fourth bedroom, along with a trundle in the rumpus room, cater to those travelling with kids. There is a full main bathroom, stocked with complimentary toiletries, as well as an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Ample parking is provided on the driveway.

The surfing town of Shoreham lies on the eastern edge of Victoria’s stunning Mornington Peninsula, roughly 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne’s city centre. It is home to the “pines”, a popular surfing spot with consistent waves, and renowned surfing at Point Leo close by. While in Shoreham, visit one of Australia’s largest hedge mazes, Ashcombe Maze and Lavender Gardens and notable wineries such as Merricks Estate, Stonier Wines and Tanglewood Estate. In the Mornington Peninsula, don’t miss an afternoon of relaxation at Peninsula Hot Springs or taking a ride at the Arthurs Seat Eagle.
